Helping People Improve their Reality by Precision use of their Mind's Toolbox.

People need help in expected or unexpected life changing situations after going as far as they can go by themselves.

Imagine going through a divorce, without any friends. Those friends, normally friends of both parties, don't want to take sides and would rather be left out of it. Leaving you hanging.

Or imagine being that depressed that going to the gym for the first time is so scary that you'd rather hit the fridge than the weights. Using games or Netflix as an escape.

Typically, our programmed response is to avoid perceived pain and resort to familiar, solid ground. In my case, I stupidly, hit the bottle and got angry - very angry, at myself, the world, and anyone in the firing line.

It’s all too easy to fall into destructive patterns when life feels overwhelming, seeking comfort in habits that only pull us further from our true selves.

Solution: I had to get off world.

I spent time working in a monastery, where I finally came to my senses. I learnt a lot about myself in that time and those lessons are still overflowing and need to be shared. Honestly, by receiving Divine Love and Divine Wisdom, I was saved (from myself.)

Building awareness to build better lives

I joined Kit to share the love and wisdom I received and build awareness that the power to overcome whatever life throws at you comes from within.

The mind is a powerful piece of equipment with unlimited potential but prefers not to think on the spot. Especially in time-sensitive, critical, or life-threatening situations.

When the unexpected happens, the mind goes into overdrive causing lack of clarity and allows doubt to set in. (That's why pilots have checklists in case of a sudden disaster.)

But as with all things, the antidote is found in the poison.

Use of the mind's toolkit is not taught in schools. You can find it online if you look. It's a little chaotic and sorting out the good from the bad may take a while.

Here, however, what you will find is someone who has been through emotional battles and is willing to guide you when you go through yours. You can do all you want to protect yourself from the difficulties of life. The ebb and flow of the ocean is great on a sunny day, but lifeboats are on hand when the storm hits.

One of the best ways to protect yourself is to be around those who have been there, seen it, and come through it. Their guidance may just come in handy. It's true, I am old enough to be a "Dad" to most of you reading this. I am old enough, ugly enough, and experienced enough to give you "young-bloods" some solid tips and hacks. My daughter is around about your age. So, I write for her. In doing so, I write for you too.

You may not like everything I write. That's okay. I wasn't sure how to take being called an Outliner, until I saw it as a compliment and wear it as a badge. With that in mind, take what you can, it will either help now or in the future, but rest assured, you will need it one day.
